Complaint from Alan Casey Saint Johns, MIabout 2 years agoWaited 4 months for an appointment. Confirmed online and pre-registered online week prior. Appointment cancelled by voice mail day before. Another time offered. Called too late (8AM Next Day). Offered to reschedule 5 months later. Office Manager "Jennifer" complained that I was keeping her on the phone for too long. I'm on the call list (as I was for the first 4 months without a call). Bad!
